IMPACT Wrestling is the first major wrestling promotion to present a PPV with IMPACT Hard to Kill 2023 PPV.
The event was headlined by Career vs Title Knockouts Championship match between Jordynne Grace and Mickie James. This was part of James’ Last Rodeo run where her career was on the line. Josh Alexander vs Bully Ray match was a Full Metal Mayhem match with IMPACT World title on the line.
IMPACT Digital Media Championship was contested on a PPV main card for the first time as Joe Hendry defended against Moose. Trey Miguel faced Black Taurus in IMPACT X-Division title match on the pre-show.
Steve Maclin and Rich Swann fought in a Falls Count Anywhere match. Jonathan Gresham took on Eddie Edwards in his first PPV match after being back to IMPACT.
Hard to Kill 2023 also saw a new #1 contender being crowned for Knockouts title as Masha Slamovich, Deonna Purrazzo, Taylor Wilde and Killer Kelly clash in a 4-way match. Another 4-way match was IMPACT Tag Team Championship involving The Motor City Machine Guns, Major Players, Bullet Club, and Heath & Rhino.
