CM Punk finally defeated Jon Moxley in the main event of AEW All Out 2022 to become the new undisputed AEW World Champion at AEW All Out 2022.

Unlike their last match, Punk and Moxley went through a bloody war this time. Punk managed to hit an early GTS in the match, but Moxley kicked out.

Both the fighters were determined to beat each other, and it can be seen clearly when they were stomping each other on the face.

In the concluding moments, Punk hit a neckbreaker and tried to go for another GTS which was blocked by Moxley. The latter even hit a Death Rider but Punk kicked out.

After getting up, CM Punk hit two back-to-back GTS to Moxley to get the pinfall. However, right after Punk won the match, lights went out, and a voicemail could be heard which revealed Tony Khan offered to forgive MJF.

MJF appeared and revealed himself as the devil and the mystery man who won the Casino Ladder match. He also signalled Punk that he would be the champion, whereas the latter raised his title to close the show.
