Bianca Belair Became New Raw Women’s Champion at WWE WrestleMania 38
Bianca Belair avenge her SummerSlam loss and defeated Becky Lynch at WWE WrestleMania 38 Night 1 to become the new Raw Women’s Champion.
Bianca Belair tried to shake hands with Big Time Becks before the match but the latter slapped her and went for an early Manhandle slam. Becky Lynch tried to repeat the history, but this time Belair kicked out of it.
The match was quite brutal and featured some amazing in-ring action from both the athletes. Bianca even put Becky in a Disarm her lock. Later, she even connected a 450-Splash which ended in a near fall.
Outside the ring, Becky Lynch connected the Manhandle Slam on the steel steps, but Bianca Belair survived it and managed to get inside the ring before the count-out.
In the ending moments of the match, when Becky was trying to hit another Manhandle slam, Bianca countered with a backflip and hit Becky with the KOD to become the new Raw Women’s champion.
The feud between Bianca Beliar and Becky Lynch started right when Becky Lynch surprisingly returned at SummerSlam and squashed Belair to win the SmackDown women’s title. She retained her championship against Bianca on several more occasions.
However, Bianca Belair earned herself another championship match by winning the women’s Elimination Chamber match. Hence, a match between the only two women who have won WrestleMania’s main event in the past was set up.
