Report: AEW Grand Slam 2023 Return to Arthur Ashe on September 20

A new report has revealed the date and venue for AEW Dynamite Grand Slam 2023 special edition.

According to the report of Mat Men Podcast’s Andrew Zarian, this year’s Grand Slam event is scheduled for Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York City. This event will feature both a live episode of AEW Dynamite and a taping of AEW Rampage.

Both 2021 and 2022 Grand Slam events took place at Arthur Ashe Stadium on September 22 and September 21, respectively. The name grand slam signifies US Open Grand Slam Tennis tournament, which takes place at the same venue every year.

The 2022 Grand Slam event was very successful for AEW and was considered the highest-grossing TV event for AEW. The main event match at that event saw Jon Moxley defeating Bryan Danielson to win the vacant AEW World Championship. Keep tuned in for more details on the event.
