AEW Grand Slam 2022 Match Card, Dynamite September 21 Line Up

AEW Dynamite Grand Slam 2022 will mark the return of AEW to Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York. 2022 version of Dynamite Grand Slam will be airing on September 21.

Grand Slam event in 2021 was one of the most successful events for AEW last year. AEW is expected to present a packed card this year again to rival last year’s event. A new AEW World Champion will be crowned in the final of Grand Slam Tournament of World Champions.

On Dynamite’s September 14 episode. Jon Moxley defeated Sammy Guevara and Bryan Danielson defeated Chris Jericho to set up Blackpool Combat Club face off in the final. The title was vacated last week after an injury to CM Punk.

This was pretty much expected but now it's official… official.

The Acclaimed- Max Caster & Anthony Bowens will face AEW Tag Team Champions Swerve in Our Glory’s Keith Lee & Shane “Swerve” Strickland. These two teams clashed at AEW All Out 2022 PPV where Swerve in Our Glory were able to retain their titles after a hard-fought match.

Orange Cassidy wanted a shot at All Atlantic Championship but PAC refused to face him, calling him a joke. Cassidy then got PAC’s attention by nailing him with Orange Punch backstage. AEW has now announced that they will also face off at Grand Slam this year.

Toni Storm will have to defend Interim Women’s title in another fatal 4-way match which will also involve Athena, Serena Deeb and Britt Baker. All 4 of these women were involved in a tag team match at Dynamite episode of September 14 and Deeb was able to pin Storm after Baker hit her with a chair shot.
