Welcome to live results blog for AEW Dynamite November 23, 2022, which will be the fallout from Full Gear 2022 PPV.

Chris Jericho will defend ROH World Championship against Tomohiro Ishii after Orange Cassidy put on his challenge. Cassidy himself will defend All Atlantic Championship against Jake Hager. We might hear from new AEW World Champion MJF as he might reveal more on his and William Regal’s plans.

World Title Eliminator Tournament final match will take place between Ethan Page and Ricky Stark. The Elites and Death Triangle will face-off in the second match of Best of 7 series,

  • Orange Cassidy(c) defeated Jake Hager in a singles match via pinfall to retain AEW All Atlantic Championship.
  • Ricky Stark defeated Ethan Page in World Title Eliminator Tournament final via pinfall.
  • Death Triangle(PAC, Penta El Zero Meido & Rey Fenix) defeated The Elites(Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) in Match 2 of Best of 7 Series via pinfall.
  • Jamie Hayter & Britt Baker defeated Anna Jay & Tay Melo and Willow Nightingale & Skye Blue in a three-way tag team match via pinfall.
  • Chris Jericho(c) defeated Tomohiro Ishii in a singles match via pinfall to retain ROH World Championship.

Live Updates

Regal Should Run!

William Regal is out in the ring and says MJF will address the crowd next week as he did not want to come to Chicago. “F### you, Regal” chants take over. Regal also says he sent a mail to MJF a few weeks ago which we will come to know about next week. Moxley enters through the crowd and looks like he will kill Regal. Bryan Danielson comes in between them and stops Moxley from attacking Regal. Bryan says he had struggles and no one could understand him, no even his dad. But Regal did, and he is the only reason that he could love his dad. Bryan asks Moxley to leave Regal for him. Moxley is seething in anger and is conflicted, but he holds on after hearing Bryan. Moxley then gets into Regal’s face and tells him to run away as far as possible. Regal leaves the ring and goes backstage. Moxley is trying to control himself as he is on his knees.


Renee Paquette goes to interview Keith Lee backstage when Shane “Swerve” Strickland comes in. Lee asks Renee to leave as they get into each other’s face. Swerve covers the camera and says “let’s talk.”

Orange Cassidy(c) vs Jake Hager – AEW All Atlantic Championship

Hager takes Cassidy’s goggles and wears them. Cassidy tries to take Hager’s hat but Hager stops him. OC resorts to lazy kicks. He ducks Hager and and hits a dropkick. Hager runs him over with a clothesline. Cassidy low bridges him to the floor and picks up his hat.

Cassidy picks up the hat. 2.0 try to get it back but Cassidy plays with them. Daniel Garcia takes it away but Rocky Romero takes him out on the floor. Cassidy puts on the hat. He goes for a dive but Hager catches him and throws him into the barricade. 2.0 put the hat on Hager as we cut to a break.

Back from commercial, Cassidy manages to take Hager to the floor and throws him into the barricade. Cassidy counters with a stundog millionaire and tornado DDT to get a close two-count. Hager recovers and hits an Urinage to get a two-count himself. Hager puts on the hat. OC tries to get his feet up on Vader bomb, but Hager lands on his feet. Hager works on OC’s leg until OC removes his hat again. Hager goes to pick the hat and OC nails him with an Orange punch. OC rolls him over in a cassadora and hangs on to get the pin.

Winner – Orange Cassidy

After the match, Cassidy gets Best Friends hug from Best Friends and Romero. QT Marshall and the rest of the Factory come out. The lights flickers to red for a second when they were walking down the ramp. The mic gets cut off when QT gets to the ringside. The Factory surrounds the ring, but the lights go off. Julia Hart is on the stage under a spotlight now. House of Black trio is in the ring when the lights come back. They attack Cassidy, Romero and Best Friends. The Factory applauds them but HOB pulls them into the ring and attacks them also. Then, they start attacking security and some of the wrestlers come out to take the situation under control. They stand tall on the stage at the end.

Ethan Page vs Ricky Stark – World Title Eliminator Tournament final

Page starts with a kick to midsection and poses in the corner. He continues to attack Starks’ injured ribs. Starks counter in the corner but Page quickly takes control again. Page kicks and stomps on the ribs. Page poses in the middle. He goes for a running tackle, but Starks hits him with a spear. Starks is also down and rolls onto the floor grabbing his ribs. Page goes the floor and throws him around to take us to a break.

Starks tries to fight back but Page hits blows to the midsection. Page ducks an ax handle and drops Starks’ ribs on the ropes. Starks pushes him to the floor. He goes for a dive but Stokeley Hathaway pulls Page away from the dive. Starks crashes to the floor. The referee sends Hathaway backstage. Page throws Starks back to the ring and goes to the stop. Starks nails him with an uppercut and climbs to the second rope. Starks hits punches. Page goes for avalanche Ego’s Edge but Starks slips back to the second rope and hits a superplex. Starks is too injured to cover.

They get back up and Starks hits punches. He hits a swinging neckbreaker and a tornado DDT to get a near fall. Page hits an uppercut and drops Starks with a powerslam to get a near fall. Starks escapes the Ego’s Edge and Page nails him with an uppercut. Starks catches him with a spear before following up with another spear to get the pin.

Winner – Ricky Starks

Wardlow gets a video package where he talks about how Samoa Joe ran him over with the title belt at Full Gear and took him out of the match. Wardlow says he is still the real TNT Champion

The Elites vs Death Triangle – Match 2 of Best of 7 Series

The Elites are riled up for the hammer shot at Full Gear. Fenix and Omega are starting the match. Omega pushes him away. Rey tries to make him understand and asks for a handshake. Omega shakes his hand before hitting him with a pump kick. Everyone gets int othe ring and The Elites manage to take the upper hand. The Young Bucks take Penta and PAC to the floor. Omega hits a pop-up spinebuster on Fenix to get a close two-count. PAC and Penta try to fight back but Omega knocks PAC off the apron.

Omega was going for a dive but Fenix cuts him off with a cutter. Fenix hits a tornillo on others on the floor. Fenix tags in PAC who also brings in Penta for a three-way attack on Omega. PAC goes fora springboard but Omega ducks and punches him. The referee stops Omega from attacking him further. Nick hits a kick to PAC’s face on the floor. Matt knocks off Lucha Bros to the floor and hits a moonsault on take them out. Omega drops PAC in the ring to get a two-count. We cut to a break.

Nick pulls Penta off the apron. Omega bites PAC in the ring to block his punches. the referee separates them before PAC hits a German suplex on Omega. Penta gets the hot tag and hits quick moves on the Young Bucks. Rey comes in and continues to keep up the ante. PAC and Omega get the tags back. PAC drops Omega a couple of times. Matt hits a knee to PAC’s back and Omega hits V-Trigger on his back. The Elites remove PAC’s nose mask. The Elites nail him with a triple superkicks. Penta breaks up the pin.

Penta and Fenix are thrown to the floor and Nick hits them with a moonsault. Omega hits a V-Trigger on PAC’s face before PAC escapes out of One Winged Angel. Omega then hits him with GTS to get a near fall. Matt tags in now but Rey saves PAC from packaged piledriver. Rey throws Nick and Kenny to the floor and dives on them. Matt hits PAC with a low blow. Alex Abrehantes argues with the referee. Matt tries to use the hammer on PAC but Penta stops him and instead nails Matt with a hammer. PAC covers Matt to get the pin.

Winner – Death Triangle

Renee Paquette is out on the stage and announce that AEW Women’s Champion Thunder Rosa has to relinquish the title as she is taking more time in recovery. Jamie Hayter is the new AEW Women’s Champion now. Jamie Hayter comes out with Britt Baker. Baker keeps on praising Hayter for a while.

Jamie Hayter & Britt Baker vs Anna Jay & Tay Melo vs Willow Nightingale & Skye Blue

Hayter has put on a headlock on Melo. Melo turns it around and goes for a tackle. Hayter also hits a tackle. Anna comes in and Hayter hits a double suplex on both Anna and Melo. Hayter hits a snap suplex on Anna to get a two-count. Baker tags in and hits Melo with a slingblade. A double suplex on Baker from Melo and Anna. Baker tags out to Willow Nightingale. Willow throws both Anna and Melo to the corner and follows up with a corner splash. She hits a standing splash. Blue comes in and Willow drops her on Anna for a splash. Melo drops Willow’s face to the ropes from outside. Anna throws Willow to the floor and they drive her into the barricade to take us to a break.

Blue hits a crossbody on Anna and Tay as we return. Blue hits a thrust kick and a roundhouse kick. Hayter has to break the pin. The match breaks down with everyone starting to get involved. Baker ends up hitting curb stomp on Anna to get the pin.

Winner – Jamie Hayter & Britt Baker

Renee Paquette is backstage with FTR and Top Flight for an interview. FTR praises Top Flight’s performance last week against Death Triangle. Dante and Darius say they respect FTR a lot, and challenge them to a match for the ROH World Tag Team Championship on Rampage.


The Acclaimed make their entrance to the ring. Anthony Bowens talks about being thankful for so many things before Thanksgiving Eve, and updates that his shoulder is feeling better. He also says Billy Gunn is all healed up, but their scissoring is interrupted by Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt, Satnam Singh and Jeff Jarrett on the big screen. Jarrett calls them clowns and wants to beat them up. Billy Gunn gets the screen turned off and go on to scissor Bowens.

Chris Jericho(c) vs Tomohiro Ishii – ROH World Championship.

Jericho shows middle fingers to Ishii as the bell rings. Ishii slaps him. Jericho slaps him back. They slap each other back and forth for a while. Ishii brings him down with a snapmare and hits a kick to back. Jericho slips to the floor. Jericho returns to the ring after a while and trade elbows and forearm. Ishii hits a belly-to-back suplex. They block each other’s moves to reset. They no-sell shoulder tackles before Ishii drops Jericho with one. Jericho once again starting to slap Ishii. Ishii hits back with a big slap. They trade chops now and increase speed and intensity as they go on. We cut to a break.

We return to see them once again trading chops. Jericho’s chest is full of blood from Ishii’s hand. Ishii sends Jericho to the corner and hits a clothesline. Jericho also does the same before more chops. Jericho climbs to the second rope for punches. Ishii picks him up and hits a powerbomb to get a near fall. Jericho no-sells a clothesline. Ishii no-sells a boot before Jericho drops him with a tackle. Ishii tackles Jericho mid-air on a springboard. Jericho hits a DDT on the apron. Both men are down on the floor. They get up and trade punches before breaking the countdown. Ishii hits a German suplex. Jericho hits one of his own but Ishii rolls through and Jericho has to hit another German suplex.

Jericho hits Lionsault but Ishii throws him away to break the pin. Jericho hits Codebreaker to get a near fall. Ishii blocks Judas Effect and hits a running headbutt to drop Jericho. Ishii hits a sliding lariat to get a close two-count. Jericho sweeps his leg but Ishii blocks Boston Crab and hits a Codebreaker. Ishii hits a big lariat to get a near fall. Jericho blocks a brainbuster and puts on Boston Crab. Ishii tries to crawl but Jericho brings him back to the middle. Ishii rolls through the back and Jericho hits some punches to put on Liontamer. Ishii taps out.

Winner – Chris Jericho

Claudio Castagnoli drops Jericho on the stage as he was celebrating his win.
