Adam Cole & MJF Win Blind Eliminator Tournament to Set Up FTR Title Clash on July 29 Collision

Adam Cole and MJF won the Blind Eliminator tag team tournament and became #1 contenders for AEW Tag Team Championship.

During July 19 episode of AEW Dynamite, Adam Cole and MJF defeated Daniel Garcia and Sammy Guevara in the finals of the Blind Tag Team Eliminator Tournament.

Despite their initial rivalry and hesitation to become tag team partners, Cole and MJF made their bond strong and overcame their differences to win the Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament.

During the match, MJF executed a tope suicida, a move he rarely executes. Finally, the duo executed the double clothesline move on Daniel Garcia to secure the victory. MJF and Cole were trying to execute their finisher from the beginning of the tournament, and they managed to hit their long-teased move in the final.

Previously in the tournament, MJF and Cole secured victories against the teams of Matt Menard and The Butcher in the first round before defeating Big Bill and Brian Cage in the semi-finals.

Adam Cole and MJF are set to face FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) for the AEW Tag Team Championship on the July 29 episode of AEW Collision.

FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) successfully defended their tag team titles against Bullet Club Gold(Jay White and Juice Robinson) on the July 15 episode of AEW Collision in a 2-out-of-3 fall match.
