Michel Pereira vs Marc-Andre Barriault Reported for UFC Vegas 81
Michel Pereira vs Marc-Andre Barriault’s fight is reportedly set for the UFC Vegas 81 event in October 2023.
According to the report from Laerte Viana, Pereira and Barriault are set to clash in a middleweight bout on UFC’s October 14 in Vegas.
Michel Pereira is currently on a five-fight winning streak. Pereira’s most recent fight was called off at the UFC 291 event, where he was supposed to face Stephen Thompson. The cancellation was a result of Pereira’s failure to meet the weight requirement.
Pereira secured his latest victory during the UFC Vegas 55 event, where he defeated Santiago Ponzinibbio by a split decision. Before Ponzinibbio, Pereira also defeated Andre Fialho and Niko Price.
Marc-Andre Barriault is currently on a two-fight winning streak. Barriault’s recent fight was against Eryk Anders at UFC 289 event, where he won by unanimous decision. Before Anders, Barriault deflated Julian Marquez at UFC 285 event.
UFC Vegas 81 event is scheduled for October 14 in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, featuring a Featherweight Bout between Edson Barboza and Sodiq Yusuff.
