According to the latest reports, Edson Barboza and Sodiq Yusuff have agreed to fight each other in a featherweight bout at the UFC Fight Night event on October 14, 2023.
MMA Junkie confirmed this match-up with people of knowledge. The promotion is yet to announce this bout officially.

Edson Barboza recently snapped his two-fight losing streak with an impressive first-round KO win against Billy Quarantillo. Before that, he lost against Bryce Mitchell and Giga Chikadze.
On the other hand, Sodiq Yusuff is on a two-fight winning streak. He only lost once ever since making his UFC debut back in 2018. Yusuff defeated Don Shainis via first-round submission in his most recent fight.
