The main event saw Eduardo Neves defending LFA Heavyweight Championship against Hugo Cunha in an all-Brazilian clash. Neves was coming off a loss in Dana White Contender Series 2023 season, but he was unbeaten in 3 LFA bouts so far. Neves won the title at LFA 154 beating Hyago Silva. For Cunho, this was his second appearance in the promotion after a win over Fernando Batista at LFA 159.
