Joanne Wood and Maryna Moroz are scheduled to face off at UFC 299 PPV event.
UFC has officially announced that Wood and Moroz are scheduled to compete against each other in a flyweight division battle at the upcoming UFC event on March 9, 2024.

Maryna Moroz is currently on a two-fight losing streak. Her recent fight was at UFC 292 event, where she was defeated by Karine Silva via submission. Before the fight against Silva, Wood lost to Jennifer Maia at UFC Vegas 65 event via unanimous decision.
Joanne Wood recently pulled out of UFC 291 where she was scheduled to compete against Priscila Cachoeira. Before this cancellation, Wood secured a victory over Luana Carolina at UFC 286 event, winning by split decision. That win snapped Wood’s 3-fight losing streak.
UFC 299 event is slated for March 9, 2024, with the location yet to be announced. A 5-round lightweight bout was also announced for the show where Dustin Poirier will face Beniot Saint-Denis.
