Xavier Woods suffered an injury at Monday’s WWE live event in Sydney, Australia during a tag team match between the New Day and the Revival.

Woods was partnering with Big E against SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Revival. As per the fans in the attendance, Woods was whipped into the ropes but immediately fell down clutching his leg or knee. The referee immediately threw up the “X” sign, indicating an injury and trainers came out running from the back.

As Woods was checked on and The Revival and Big E looked with concern. Woods was helped to the back as the match continued as a Handicap Match with Big E taking the loss to The Revival. Xavier Woods took to Twitter later and revealed Achilles tendon injury.

Woods also suffered a minor injury earlier in the year and was kept off TV for some time as a precaution. Woods and Big E dropped the SmackDown Titles to the Revival at Clash of Champions 2019 show.
