WWE NXT June 6, 2023 Preview & Match Card
WWE NXT episode of June 6, 2023, has an intriguing line-up announced with a mixed tag team match and a battle royal for #1 contender for NXT Women’s Championship.
Mustafa Ali will be in action against Joe Gacy while Blair Davenport returns to in-ring action against Dani Palmer. Eddy Thorpe and Damon Kemp clash in a rematch while Ilja Dragunov returns for the next chapter. Tune in below for the complete preview and match card for WWE NXT June 6, 2023 episode.
#1 Contender Battle Royal for Women’s Title
Tiffany Stratton was mocking the women’s division on last week’s NXT episode and claimed that she might remain the NXT Women’s Championship until she retires. Although, she also announced a Battle Royal for her first challenger after winning the title at Battleground. The names which were revealed for the match are as below:

Mustafa Ali vs Joe Gacy
Schism’s leader Joe Gacy will also be in action in a separate match. Mustafa Ali appeared in NXT during The Dyad’s tag team match against Wes Lee & Tyler Bate. He soon sprung into action when Joe Gacy attacked Lee and Bate after the match. Ali stood tall as he threw Gacy out of the ring. The altercation has now led to a singles match between them on this week’s show.

After being at each others’ throats for several weeks, Diamond Mine and Schism will clash in a mixed tag team match on the June 6 episode. The Creed Brothers and Ivy Nile stopped Schism from interfering in matches several times over the past month. This also led to some frantic brawls between the two sides. The Creed Brothers were back to attack The Dyad after they were beaten by Tyler Bate and Wes Lee. Ivy had to deal with Ava also during her match against Cora Jade, which led to Jade winning the match. After the match, Nile and Creed Brothers asked their rivals to face them in the ring. The match was later revealed to be a mixed tag team match.
Eddy Thorpe vs Damon Kemp Rematch
In footage shown last week, Damon Kemp was back to mock Eddy Thorpe after he lost to Tyler Bate on NXT May 23 episode. Thorpe had enough and challenged Kemp for another beating. Thorpe earlier beat Kemp on May 9 episode in their first encounter with not much difficulty. Will he be able to repeat that performance or will Kemp come into the match with a different plan?
Blair Davenport Returns
A lot of fans were proven right when Blair Davenport was revealed as the mystery attacker behind the injuries to Nikkita Lyons, Wendy Choo and Solo Ruca among others. When it was announced last week that the attacked was to be revealed, Ruca’s friend Dani Palmer called her out. Davenport took her down from behind before revealing herself. The storyline will continue this week with Davenport and Palmer clashing in a singles match. Is there some ring rust for Davenport or did all those attacks kept her on her toes?
What Else to Expect?
Ilja Dragunov is set to return after a week of gap after he defeated Dijak in a brutal Last Man Standing match at Battleground. Will this start a new chapter for him in NXT, and a possible climb towards NXT Championship?
Baron Corbin closed last week’s show by laying out NXT Champion Carmelo Hayes. How will Hayes respond if Corbin tries something similar this week?
