RAW & Women’s Tag Team Title Match Announced for 3 May Episode

WWE has announced both RAW Tag Team and WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships will be on the line on the WWE RAW episode this Monday.

WWE RAW Tag Team Champion AJ Styles and Omos were not seen ever since winning the titles from New Day at WrestleMania 37 Night 1. They were said to be celebrating the big win in Nigeria(Omos’ Native country).

Tag champs will return to RAW this week and will defend the titles in a rematch from WrestleMania 37 against New Day.

Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler have been feuding with Lana and Naomi from eternity. This week’s RAW will see another title match between these teams. Baszler and Nia were also defeated by Tamina and Natalya on SmackDown last Friday.

There is some tension shown between Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax in last few weeks due to Reginald’s involvement. It will be interesting to see if WWE builds more on that during this title match.

Also announced for Monday is WWE Champion Bobby Lashley’s non-title singles match against either Braun Strowman or Drew McIntyre. The complete line-up for the 3 May 2021 WWE RAW episode is as below:

• Bobby Lashley vs Drew McIntyre or Braun Strowman
• AJ Styles & Omos(c) vs New Day(Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) – WWE RAW Tag Team Championship match
• Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler(c) vs Lana & Naomi – WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match
