SummerSlam 2019: Goldberg squashes Dolph Ziggler
Goldberg has defeated Dolph Ziggler in what was basically a squash match at SummerSlam 2019.
Before the match started, Dolph Ziggler cut a promo ridiculing Goldberg. However, Goldberg looked unaffected by it as he entered with a loud pop. Ziggler tried to get in the early win as he hit a couple of superkicks back to back. But that was as far as Ziggler got in the offense. As Ziggler got ready for the third Superkick, Goldberg speared him into two halfs and followed it up with a jackhammer to get the pin and the win.
Post-match, Ziggler, unable to move properly, told Goldberg that his win was a fluke and he could not face him back to back. Goldberg entered the ring once again and hits another spear. Goldberg went all the way back to the Gorilla Position but Ziggler was not done still. He once again asked him to come back into the ring and fight.
And Goldberg did return. Although, this time he had to do all the work and pick Ziggler up to put him in position. He got the running start and speared him for the final time in the night.
Meanwhile, Matt Riddle threw his shoes to the screen when Goldberg defeated Ziggler.
