NJPW Unveils Dates for Super Junior Tag League 2023

Super Junior Tag League is set to return later this year. 

New Japan Pro Wrestling officially announced the dates for the 2023 edition of the NJPW Super Junior Tag League. The tournament is set to commence on October 21 and will conclude on November 4, 2023. It will be held over eight nights. 

The first night of the tournament will open at Saitama, Kumagaya Municipal Gymnasium whereas the second and third nights will take place at the renowned Korakuen Hall in Tokyo. The final match of the tournament will take place at the Edion Arena, Osaka.

Below is the day-wise schedule of this tournament. 

  • October 21 – Kumagaya Municipal Gymnasium, Saitama
  • October 24 – Korakuen Hall, Tokyo
  • October 25 – Korakuen Hall, Tokyo
  • October 26 – Wing Hat Kasukabe, Saitama
  • October 31 – Toyama Industrial Exhibition Hall, Toyama
  • November 1 – Komatsu City Suehiro Gymnasium, Ishikawa
  • November 2 – Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium, Osaka
  • November 4 – Osaka Prefectural Gymnasium, Osaka

NJPW is yet to announce teams for this forthcoming tournament. Lio Rush & YOH won the last year’s edition of the Super Junior Tag League. Now, it remains to be seen who will emerge as the winner this year.
