NJPW Best of Super Juniors 2023 Night 2 Results, May 13, 2023
NJPW Best of Super Juniors 30 event series continued to night 2 on May 13, 2023, from Prefectural Budokan in Nagano, Japan, with all 20 participants in action once again.
Master Wato vs YOH bout headlined the night 2 of BOSJ 2023. Wato headed into this event with a win in his first bout against Francisco Akira while YOH lost to Robbie Eagles. However, YOH had the advantage in their record as he defeated Wato in 2021 tournament match in their only previous encounter.
IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi was in the co-main event as he faced DOUKI. Hiromu suffered a setback as he lost to Mike Bailey on night 1 of BOSJ 2023. Was he able to bounce back? DOUKI’s moral would be high as he had already opened his account by beating a formidable opponent in KUSHIDA.
