Mike Santana vs Ortiz Announced for AEW Rampage October 27

Mike Santana will face Ortiz in a one-on-one match at October 27, 2023, episode of AEW Rampage.

Santana and Ortiz teamed up as tag partners at AEW All In 2023 PPV event. They, along with the BCC, faced Eddie Kingston, Orange Cassidy, Penta El Zero Miedo, Chuck Taylor, and Trent Baretta in the Stadium Stampede match but were defeated.

Following the event, Santana expressed his intention to go his own way, and he and Ortiz engaged in a series of heated messages ever since. The feud between them escalated on October 20 episode of AEW Rampage. Ortiz pointed out that Santana had been recounting the same old sad story as he always did. Santana responded by accusing Ortiz of lying.

Santana and Ortiz issued challenges to each other for a fight, and the match was officially confirmed for October 27 episode of AEW Rampage.

Santana’s most recent AEW match took place on the September 20 episode of AEW Rampage, where he secured a victory against Bronson. On the other hand, Ortiz has not been involved in any AEW matches since AEW All In 2023 event.

October 27, 2023 episode of AEW Rampage episode will be live from Liacouras Center, Philadelphia, PA, US. This is the only match announced for the show.
