Konnan Still Negotiating with WWE to Induct Rey Mysterio into WWE Hall of Fame 2023

Konnan is a bit concerned about inducting his long-time friend Rey Mysterio into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2023. 

A few weeks back, Rey Mysterio was announced as the first inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame 2023, and right after that, a report came out that Konnan will be the one to induct this legendary luchador. 

However, Konnan recently claimed that he is still negotiating with WWE regarding the same. He had an interview with MuscleManMalcolm where he revealed that Rey indeed asked him and he is still negotiating with WWE. He just can’t say anything until WWE makes an official announcement. 

If Konnan inducts Rey Mysterio into the WWE Hall of Fame 2023, then he would be appearing on WWE TV for the first time. He was a part of WCW, but he never appeared on WWF or WWE. 

Konnan has a successful career in promotions like AAA, WCW, TNA, Lucha Underground, and other independent wrestling promotions. 

Now it remains to be seen whether Konnan will actually be the one to induct Rey Mysterio into the WWE Hall of Fame or not.
