Sheamus Battles Drew McIntyre On Raw Next Week With Extreme Rules Implications

WWE announces that Drew McIntyre Vs. Sheamus will take place next week on Monday night Raw. 

The former best friends will collide against one another once again to get a shot at the United States Championship. Their match is expected to be a total brawl and the winner of this one-on-one contest will challenge Damian Priest for the US championship at WWE Extreme Rules.

In the previous episode of Raw, Damian Priest hosted the US title open challenge and faced both Drew McIntyre and Sheamus in a triple threat match. Damian Priest pinned Drew McIntyre to get the victory in the hard-hitting match. 

Damian Priest defeated Sheamus at WWE SummerSlam to get his very first title in the main roster. Before this, Priest held the North American championship in NXT. At Extreme Rules, Damian Priest will defend his US championship for the first time in any PPV event. So, he must be looking to defend his title successfully.

On next week’s Raw, we finally get to know who will challenge The Archer of Infamy.
