Don Callis Family vs Omega, Ibushi & Jericho Set for AEW WrestleDream
A star studded six-man tag team match is set for the AEW WrestleDream 2023 PPV event.
AEW announced that Will Ospreay, Konosuke Takeshita, and Sammy Guevara(all 3 associated with Don Callis) will take on Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega, and Kota Ibushi in a six-way tag team match at AEW WrestleDream PPV event.
The challenge for the match was issued during AEW Rampage Grand Slam when Omega made his return to assist Jericho in facing off against Callis and Guevara. During the September 23 episode of AEW Collision, Don Callis accepted the match and later on AEW officially confirmed the bout.

All six of these individuals have had previous rivalries with each other, and now it’s time for them to resolve their conflicts at the AEW WrestleDream PPV event.
Kota Ibushi last match was at AEW All In 2023 PPV event where he, Adam Page, and Kenny Omega got defeated by Bullet Club Gold (Jay White & Juice Robinson) & Konosuke Takeshita.
Kenny Omega suffered a defeat at the AEW All Out 2023 PPV event at the hands of Konosuke Takeshita. Before that, Omega also lost to Will Ospreay at Forbidden Door 2023. Ospreay also defeated Chris Jericho at All In 2023.
The rivalry between Jericho and Guevara began during AEW Dynamite Grand Slam when Guevara betrayed Jericho and aligned himself with the Callis family after their singles match.
AEW WrestleDream 2023 PPV event is scheduled for October 1, 2023, at Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, WA. ROH tag team title bout is also set for the event where MJF and Adam Cole will face The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch).
