Paul Wight announced on AEW Dynamite: Crossroads that he will reveal a “Hall of Fame” worthy signing for AEW at Revolution PPV. The internet world was abuzz, speculating who could that signing be.

Several names were thrown around from CM Punk, Brock Lesnar, Batista, etc. Kurt Angle even teased the fans by putting videos over Twitter where he was seen lacing up his boots.

Christian Cage came out after the Face of Revolution Ladder match. That match also revealed a new AEW signing in Ethan Page. AEW has also revealed Christian’s new shirt with his new “Out Work Everyone” slogan.

Christian’s last in-ring appearance came at this year’s WWE Royal Rumble match, where he last until the last 5 men in the men’s Rumble match and had an emotional reunion moment with Edge. He was cleared for in-ring action earlier this year. Christian retired from his in-ring career after suffering a concussion.

Earlier, it was speculated that Christian signed a contract with WWE. Christian also teased that he will wrestle a match in WWE this year. However, it was later revealed that he had a contract with FOX Sports for WWE Backstage and not with the wrestling promotion.
