AEW has added two more matches to AEW Revolution 2024 event with Sting’s final match now confirmed.

Sting announced 4 months in advance that he would have his last match at Revolution PPV. The Young Bucks demanded to be Sting’s last opponents, but Sting and Darby Allin instead targetted AEW Tag Team Championship which they won last week. The Bucks attacked them after the win and bloodied both.

Since then, The Bucks had picked up two wins in tag team matches – one at Rampage last week and one at Dynamite earlier tonight against Top Flight. The Bucks then claimed that they had become the #1 contenders for tag team titles. Darby Allin ran out to attack them with a baseball bat but The Bucks slipped out.

After this, Darby announced on behalf of Sting that they had accepted to face The Young Bucks at Revolution 2024.

Another match that was added to Revolution was a singles match between Will Ospreay and Konosuke Takeshita. Don Callis was at Dynamite this week and said Takeshita deserved to be on Revolution card, but no one was willing to be his opponent. So, Callis had to look within Don Callis Family and Will Ospreay had accepted to face Takeshita.

AEW Revolution 2024 is set to take place on March 3, at Nassau Collesium in Charlotte, NC. A triple threat match for AEW World Championship was already announced for the show along with Toni Storm vs Deonna Purrazo clash for the women’s title.

Orange Cassidy will defend AEW International Championship against Roderick Strong.
