UFC Shanghai on Dec 9 Shifted to Las Vegas, 5 Bouts Canceled
UFC event in Shanghai has been canceled and UFC will now hold an event in Las Vegas on the same date.
Shu Hirata was the one to reveal that UFC Shanghai event, initially scheduled for December 9 in China, will now be hosted at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The reasons for this change have not been disclosed.
Furthermore, the four Road to UFC fights that were anticipated to occur during the undercard of the December 9 event will no longer be included. As of now, there is no publicly announced rescheduled date for these bouts.

A bout cancellation has also occurred due to the relocation of the event to a different venue. The light heavyweight fight between Brendson Ribeiro and Mingyang Zhang has been canceled because of travel issues arising from the change in location.
The number of fights impacted by the venue change is unclear. Travel issues for Asia-based fighters may cause further bout disruptions.
