Last month, the company raised about $500mn in its last financing round along with selling a minority stake to Saudi Arabia’s Sports Investement Fund.

It is informed that Paramount will continue to hold a minority stake in Bellator after the deal. PFL Founder Davis also said that they plan to revitalize Bellator and hold its events in 2024.

There were runblings earlier about this deal taking place. There are currently no new events announced by Bellator for future. Bellator’s latest event, Bellator 301 took place last weekend.
