PFL 2023 season continued on August 18, 2023 with 8th event, which was the second Playoffs eve this year featuring heavyweight and women’s featherweight semifinal bouts in New York City.

Renan Ferreira and Maurice Greene clashed in the heavyweight semifinal bout to headline the show. Ferreira lost the semifinal last year to Ante Delija. Was he able to go forward this year? Denis Goltsov took on Jordan Heiderman in the other heavyweight semifinal.

Larissa Pacheco, the winner of 2022 Women’s Featherweight tournament, took on Olena Kolesnyk in the co-main event bout in the featherweight tournament semifinal. Marina Mokhnatkina faced Amber Leibrock in the other featherweight semifinal.
