Jake Matthews vs Gabe Green & Mackenzie Dern vs Angela Hill Set for May 13 UFC Event

UFC locked two new bouts for the UFC Fight Night event on May 13, 2023. 

Jake Matthews is set to collide against Gabe Green in a welterweight bout at the UFC Fight Night event on May 13. Iridium Sports Agency which manages Gabe Green reported this news on Twitter.

Jake Matthews is coming off a loss against Matthew Semelsberger whereas Gabe Green is coming off a loss against Ian Ggarry at UFC 276. Now, both of them are looking to get a rebound. 

Mackenzie Dern vs Angela Hill is also scheduled for the May 13 Fight Night event. Mike Bohn of MMA Junkie was the first one to report this matchup.

Mackenzie had her last fight in October 2022 against Yan Xiaonan which she lost via unanimous decision. She had her last win against Tecia Torres at UFC 273. On the other hand, Angela Hill is on a two-fight winning streak. She is coming off a unanimous decision win against Emily Ducote. 

Now, it remains to be seen whether Mackenzie returns to the winning path or will Hill extend her winning streak to three on May 13.
