UFC 273: Volkanovski vs Korean Zombie Card, Tickets, Time
UFC 273 will be UFC’s fourth PPV event of the year 2022 which is scheduled to take place on April 9, 2022. The event will air from the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida.
The main event bout will be Alexander Volkanovski vs Chang Sung Jung for the Featherweight Championship. The co-main event will see Aljamain Sterling vs Petr Yan in a Bantamweight Title Unification bout.

Kay Hansen missed the weight by 2.5 pounds for the strawweight bout. He will be fined 20% of his purse and the bout will proceed as a catchweight bout.
Julio Arce also missed the wieght by 0.5 pound for bantamweight limit.

As per early reports in December 2021, UFC 273 was targeted to take place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. On January 14, 2022, reports suggested that Vystar Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, FL, will host the event. UFC officially confirmed the location on February 5 during a Fight Night event broadcast.
On January 5, 2022, Dana White told ESPN that Alexander Volkanovski will defend the Featherweight title against Max Halloway at UFC 272. On January 7, 2022, ESPN reported Halloway pulled out of the bout due to aggravates injury. on January 11, 2022, Ariel Helwani reported Volanovski will fight with Chang Sung Jung, and this bout moved to UFC 273 as the main event[source]. On February 4, 2022, Max Hollway announced that he is declared medically fit to resume training. He also reportedly offered to be the backup fighter for this bout.
Earlier Aljamain Sterling vs Petr Yan 2 match was reported for UFC 267 but on September 25, 2021 Sterling withdrew from the bout due to neck issues. Sterling ultimately had surgery for his neck. On January 5, 2022, ESPN reported that the Sterling vs Yan rematch take place in UFC 272 as a co-main event.[source] On January 11, 2022, Ariel Helwani reported that this bout now moved to UFC 272 to this event[details].
MMA journalist Marcel Dorff reported Jairzinho Rozenstruik vs Marcin Tybura match to take place at UFC February 26 event. But, on January 13, 2022, MMA fighting reported Rozenstruik vs Tybura is moved to this event.
On December 30, 2021, ESPN Deportes reported that Aspen Ladd vs Irene Aldana to take place at this event. On March 26, ESPN reported that Aldana has withdrawn from the bout for undisclosed reasons. Raquel Paddington is reported to replace her.
ESPN’s Brett Okamoto reported on January 12, 2022, that Kelvin Gastelum vs Nassourdine Imavov would take place at this event. UFC announced on March 28 that Imavov has to withdraw due to visa issues, and the bout is cancelled from this card. On March 29, ESPN reported that Dricus Du Plessis will now face Gastelum. Plessis was earlier facing Anthony Hernandez. On March 31, 2022, UFC officially announced Gastelum vs Du Plessis was canceled due to Gastelum’s injury.
Dana White revealed in his appearance on The Underground podcast on January 28, 2022, that Khamzat Chimaev will take on Gilbert Burns at this event.

On February 1, 2022, MMA Junkie reported Anthony Hernandez vs Albert Duraev will take place at UFC 273. MMAFighting then reported that Chris Curtis and Albert Duraev are out of the event. Du Plessis and Hernandez will now face each other[Source]. The bout was once again changed as Du Plessis is shifted to face Kevin Gastelum. Hernandez will clash Josh Fremd.

On March 28, 2022, UFC announced that a heavyweight fight between Ilir Latifi and Aleksei Oleinik has been added to the card. This bout was earlier planned for UFC Fight Night on March 26. on March 31, 2022 UFC officially announced Ilir Latifi was replaced by Jared Vanderaa.
