Landon Quinones is set to make his UFC debut against Nasrat Haqparast at UFC 293 PPV event.
According to the report from MMA Junkie, Haqparast and Quinones are set to clash in a lightweight bout on September 9 in Sydney.
Landon Quinones is currently on a five-fight winning streak heading into his UFC debut fight. In his most recent match, Quinones competed against Jhonasky Sojo at the Titan FC 83 event, emerging victorious through a decision victory.
Nasrat Haqparast’s most recent fight was scheduled to take place at UFC Paris Fight Night on September 2 against Sam Patterson. However, the bout was called off due to Patterson’s withdrawal from the fight. He is now moved a week later to the UFC 293 card.
Haqparast was also set to be on UFC 284 card in Australia, but had to pull out due to an injury. He last fought back at UFC Paris Fight Night 2022 where he defeated John Makdessi by unanimous decision.
UFC 293 event is scheduled for September 9 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Another debutant Felipe Dos Santos was recently reported to be added to the card to face Manel Kape.
