BKFC returned to Miami with a Fight Night series event on March 15, 2024, with a lightweight headliner between Howard Davis and Sean Wilson.
Davis was coming after a loss to Kai Stewart in lightweight title fight at BKFC 56 event last December. That loss his 3 fights winning streak coming to an end. Wilson made his return to BKFC after a couple of MMA bouts. He last defeated Brandon Meyer in BKFC at BKFC 43.
