AJ McKee vs Sidney Outlaw Added to Bellator 301

A new lightweight bout is added to the super stacked main card of Bellator 301 event. 

The promotion itself did a press release to confirm that the former featherweight king AJ McKee would square off against Sidney Outlaw in a lightweight grand prix alternate bout at Bellator 301.

AJ McKee had his first-ever career loss before making a move to the lightweight division. He was defeated by Patricio Freire. AJ made his lightweight debut against Spike Carlyle and then defeated Roberto Satoshi de Souza in his most recent match.

McKee had to withdraw from a fight against Patricio Pitbull at Bellator vs Rizin 2 event due to medical issue, which was supposed to be part of Bellator Lightweight Grand Prix.

On the other hand, Sidney Outlaw is coming off a unanimous decision win against Islam Mamedov. Before that, he lost to Tofiq Musayev via a first-round TKO.

Now, it remains to be seen who will be the one to escape with victory when these two lightweights collide on November 17. 

Bellator 301 will take place at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago and is set to be headlined by Yaroslav Amosov vs Jason Jackson Welterweight World Title Bout
