William Zepeda vs Jaime Arboleda Becomes New Main Event for April 29 DAZN Card

The April 29th DAZN event finds itself a new headliner bout. 

According to the latest reports, William Zepeda vs Jaime Arboleda lightweight bout will serve as the new main event of the DAZN April 29 card. Dan Rafael was the first one to report this match. 

Per source, lightweight William Zepeda will face Jaime Arboleda on April 29 in a Golden Boy/DAZN main event in Arlington, Texas. It's a new fight that replaces Stanionis-Ortiz, which was recently postponed. #boxing

Initially, Vergil Ortiz Jr vs Eimantas Stanionis was supposed to headline the event on April 29. However, this bout has taken a backseat once again. 

William Zepeda is undefeated in his professional career so far. He outclassed Joseph Diaz in his most recent bout in October 2022. Before that, he defeated Rene Alvarado via unanimous decision. 

On the other hand, Jaime Arboleda is coming off a unanimous decision win against Jhonatan Arenas in August 2022. His last defeat came against Chris Colbert where he lost the match via TKO. 

The April 29th DAZN event will take place at the College Park Center at the University of Texas, Arlington campus.
