WWE SmackDown February 23 2024

WWE SmackDown episode of February 23, 2024, is the go-home show for Elimination Chamber 2024 event. It was taped after last week’s SmackDown episode and featured Bron Breakker’s SmackDown in-ring debut.

Tiffany Stratton took on Liv Morgan and Drew McIntyre was set to take on LA Knight. Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate faced JD McDonagh and Dominik Mysterio. SPOILER RESULTS & UPDATES


The show opened with a footage of LA Knight entering the arena earlier in the day.

Tiffany Stratton defeated Liv Morgan in a singles match via pinfall. Bianca Belair was siting near the commentary table. Stratton slapped her when she went to the floor in the final minute of the match. Bianca tried to run into the ring but was stopped by the referee. Morgan had rolled up Stratton behind the referee. Stratton then countered to send Morgan into Bianca and then hit Prettiest Moonsault Ever to get the pinfall.

Backstage, Drew McIntyre was talking about CM Punk’s injury when Bobby Lashley came in and joined in the fun before bringing up beating Drew at WrestleMania 37.

Cedric Alexander & Ashante Thee Adonis featured in a video where Cedric tried different outfits before Ashante agreed on black gear.

We saw a recap of Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa from The Bloodline attacking Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso to cost them matches on RAW earlier this week. We cut to The Bloodline’s locker room where Jimmy was talking about the same. Roman Reigns asked him who told them to go to RAW. Jimmy said it was Paul Heyman. Roman revealed that it was actually him who told Heyman to call the play. Heyman came in breathing hard. Roman asked him to calm down. He replied that Grayson Waller was there.

Bron Breakker defeated Dante Chen in his SmackDown debut match in a short time.

Backstage, Elektra Lopez of Legado Del Fantasma met LWO’s Joaquin Wilde & Cruz Del Toro and told them LWO has not worked for them and they might have better luck choosing their loyalties next time. Angel & Berto attacked them from behind and beat them up for a while.

Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate defeated The Judgment Day(Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh) via pinfall in a tag team match. JD hit a headbutt on Dunne and distracted the referee. Dominik hit Dunne with 619 before Bate dropped him from the apron. Dunne then snapped JD’s arm before Dunne & Bate hit double Tiger Driver on him to get the pinfall.

Finn Bálor & Damian Priest tried to attack Dunne & Bate post-match, but they ducked them and then ran over McDonagh & Dominik once again on their way to the back.

Backstage, Logan Paul, Grayson Waller and Austin Theory were talking when Kevin Owens came in to mock them. After Owens left, Paul Heyman came in asking to talk to Roman Reigns.

We saw Dakota Kai crying as she was helped by SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis and a referee to the trainer’s room.

AOP(Akam & Rezar) defeated The Street Profits(Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins) via pinfall in a tag team match. Karrior Kross pushed Ford from the top rope. Bobby Lashley attacked Kross after this but Kross hit back and injured Lashley’s arm by smashing it into the ring post and chair. Ford tried to help Lashley but AOP attacked him and hit their double team finisher to get the pinfall.

Bayley came into the locker room to check on Dakota Kai and said it was her fault since Damage CTRL wanted to get to her through Kai. Kai said they would make them pay together.

Paul Heyman introduced Grayson Waller to Roman Reigns. Reigns asked Waller to sit beside him before we cut.

Bobby Lashley had his elbow taped up backstage with The Street Profits and B-Fab with him. Drew McIntyre came in and said he would pay for him.

LA Knight vs Drew McIntyre singles match ended in a no-contest. Logan Paul and Kevin Owens were ringside and get involved in the match. Bobby Lashley came out with a taped elbow but McIntyre countered his spear to hit him with a Claymore. Randy Orton than came out to hit an RKO out of nowhere on McIntyre to end the show.
