The show will act as the final build-up for most of the storylines, starting with John Cena and Roman Reigns. Edge and Seth Rollins also cut promos against each other last week where they agreed to the match at Summerslam. The Usos vs The Mysterios and Bianca Belair vs Sasha Banks storylines will also continue further.

Edge Addresses Seth Rollins
Edge opens the show. We get the recap of promos from Rollins and Edge from the last few weeks. Edge is sitting in the middle of the ring with just a focus light on him. Edge said he was feeling it when he talked about their segment from 2014. Seth was threatening him but it is just mind games.
They are mind games except for Seth. Seth means everything he says and he has pushed Edge into a dark place. It is so hard to come back from that place because he likes it. Seth has pushed him into a side in his heart where the blood turns black. He will not only have beat Seth, but break him, humble him and have to burn him down.
Rey Mysterio vs Jey Uso
Rey and Dominik are talking at Gorilla. Rey warns Dominik of not losing his focus. They hug before going out. The Usos also make their way out.
Rey Mysterio with shots into the gut to start. Jey tackles him to the floor and mocks Dominik. They run the ropes and Rey hits hurricanrana. Rey does “Viva La Raza” before Jey hits a big uppercut to halt Rey’s momentum. The crowd gets behind him and Rey fights back with punches to the head. Rey moonsaults into both the Usos as we cut to the break.
Jey is in control after the break. Rey hits step-up enziguiri. Jey comes back with a Samoan Drop for a near fall. Rey tries to fight back on the top but Jey hits another big uppercut. Rey hits hurricanrana from the top rope. Rey with a springboard crossbody for a near fall. Jey drives him into the turnbuckle and hits neck breaker. Rey hits a seated senton and counters a press into DDT for another near fall.
Jey stops the 619 but Dominik assists him to roll up Jey. The referee catches him before the pin and signals to boot him. Usos takes advantage of the commotion and Rey is sent into the steel steps. Jey hits the Usos Splash to get the pin.

Baron Corbin vs Kevin Owens
We see the recap of how Baron Corbin ran away with Big E’s MITB briefcase last week. Corbin has the MITB briefcase as he enters for the match. we cut to the break.
Owens starts the match with quick moves back to back. Corbin slips out of the ring and slides back in for a big lariat. They continue to go back and forth. Big E’s music hit and he comes down the ramp. Corbin runs to retrieve the case, but Big E catches him and starts beating him up.
Winner – Baron Corbin(via DQ)
After the match, Corbin has escaped through the crowd.
Kayla Braxton interviews Bianca Belair to talk about facing Sasha Banks at SummerSlam. We get a recap of last Friday’s contract signing. Bianca tells Braxton not to mention Sasha’s name as it makes her furious. Belair tells Sasha that she will break Zelina Vega and Carmella. Bianca will work two matches before SummerSlam.
Natalya & Tamina vs Shotzi & Tegan Nox
Tegan gets taken out in the corner immediately by Tamina. Natalya dominates Shotzi with her partner out of the picture. She gets some separation at times but has no one to tag. Then Nox recovers to take out Tamina, Shotzi rolls up Nattie, and we have new #1 contenders.

Rollins Replies to Edge
Seth Rollins comes out in all white. Rollins says he likes Edge’s style and respect him for covering all his bases to give excuse when he will lose tomorrow. The Architecht tells him that there is no shame in being beaten. The crowd was chanting for Edge, and Rollins snaps at them. Rollins continues with his promo and tells Edge that he will not get on his level again.
Suddenly, red lights take over the arena. We see some pyro. Seth gets ready to thwart an attack. Edge appears on the screen and laughs and tells Rollins that freaks come out at night. Suddenly, some black oil drops on Seth in the ring. The suit, once all white, is now black. Rollins’ face is also covered in oil. Rollins gets angry but could not anything.
Otis vs Montez Ford
Ford starts with a big jab and another one. Otis catches Ford’s injured ribs with a punch. Ford tries to clothesline Otis but he does not fall. Otis hits a back elbow to cut him off. Otis hits a big blow to the chest on the apron.
Ford hits a superkick and an enziguiri but Otis is still on his feet. Gable tries to interfere but Dawkins tackles him hard. Ford hits a crossbody from the top. Otis cuts off the attack again and hits the Vader Bomb for the win.

Bianca Belair vs Zelina Vega
Carmella throws in Zelina Vega to face Bianca first. Bianca in control at the start. Carmella with a distraction that gives Vega a chance to hit a sunset flip into pin attempt for a near fall. Vega unloads on Bianca. Bianca catches her as she tries to hit hurricanrana. Bianca hits KOD for the win.

Carmella vs Bianca Belair
Carmella gets into the ring as soon as the bell rings and superkicks Bianca to take us to the break.
The bell ring as we return from the break. Carmella unloads in the corner. Bianca hits a body slam. Carmella with a pin attempt before she hits back elbows in the corner. Carmella puts on a headlock and then sleeper as Bianca tries to make a comeback. Bianca overpowers her and hits a vertical suplex.
Bianca unloads now. Superkick is blocked and Bianca hits a springboard moonsault. Carmella with the big boot and uses ropes to advantage until the referee counts to five. Bianca hits a spinebuster and KOD to get the pin.

Roman Reigns & John Cena Come Face to Face
Roman Reigns is making his entrance as we return from the break. Reigns enters the ring and raises the title in the air. The music cuts off in between Cena’s entrance music starts. Hot reaction from the crowd as Cena gets into the ring. Dueling chants from the crowd as both men take their mics.
Roman says a lot of stupid things to him, and Cena did the same thing last week. The fans got excited because he did it with energy and did his Cena thing. But he is not gonna lie to them that Cena would pin him tomorrow night. Heyman chimes in by saying that no-one has beaten this Roman Reigns. The crowd boos.
Cena takes over the promo and says Roman has no idea what he is in for. One month back anyone would have bet on Roman, but that’s not the case anymore. Roman is protected in his egomaniac bubble and is needed to be brought down a bit. He is not here to promote movies, but to demote Roman. He will take the title away from him and see him only at WrestleMania. And Roman will have to live that failure. And if Roman loses his focus, he will pin Roman 1,2,3, and become 17 times champion.
Roman gets agitated by Cena’s promo and says he will leave WWE if he loses to Cena tomorrow. They shake hands on it. Roman tries to hit Cena with Attitude Adjustment, but Cena rolls him up and gets a dummy three count. Cena rolls out of the ring. Roman is angry as he just realizes what has happened. The show goes off the air.
