Lacey Evans vs Natalya WWE Crown Jewel 2019

WWE has reportedly finalized the plans to hold King of the Ring 2021 tournament and Queen’s Crown 2021 tournament finals at Crown Jewel 2021 PPV.

Fightful Select confirmed the earlier reports from Mat Men Pro-wrestling Podcast that WWE will hold King of the Ring and Queen of the Ring tournaments in October.

Both sources have also confirmed now that the finals of both the tournament will take place at Crown Jewel PPV in Saudi Arabia. It is also believed that the Queen of the Ring tournament will be known as the Queen’s Crown tournament.

WWE is returning to Saudi Arabia with Crown Jewel 2021 for the first time since February 2020 when they held Super Showdown event. Saudi Arabia Sports Authority and WWE have a deal to host two events every year and an optional third event if both sides see fit.

WWE had planned to take women’s wrestling to Saudi Arabia several times. Bayley and Natalya traveled to Saudi Arabia in June 2019. But WWE could only hold a women’s match in the country when they made history with Natalya and Lacey Evans at the last Crown Jewel event.

Now, WWE officials think they’ve already broken the barrier before with Natalya and Lacey Evans’ match. Therefore, it will be easy for them to promote Queen’s Crown tournament in Saudi Arabia.

Which are your picks to win King of the Ring and Queen’s Crown tournaments this year?
