Updates on Bray Wyatt & Johnny Gargano Status After Injury
Bray Wyatt and Johnny Gargano are sidelined from the action due to injury, but there are a few updates on their status.
With the SummerSlam PPV approaching, the news is coming that Gargano has a high chance of returning. However, there is no clarification on Wyatt’s potential return.
Bray Wyatt was set for a match against Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania involving Uncle Howdy and Alexa Bliss, but some health issues led to that match being canceled, and Wyatt has been away from WWE ever since. According to the report from Fightful Select, Wyatt is suffering from the same issues, and it remains unclear when he will return to action.
Fightful Select has learned that Bray Wyatt has still not been cleared to return to action.

Bray Wyatt returned in October last year along with a new masked character in Uncle Howdy. Wyatt only fought once on TV when he beat LA Knigt at Royal Rumble 2023.
Johnny Gargano has also been out due to injury with reoccurring shoulder issues plaguing his run on WWE RAW. Although, according to Fightful Select, Gargano is no longer injured. Gargano was also seen backstage during the June 19 episode of RAW in his hometown. There are rumors that Ciampa and Gargano is in plan in the lead-up to SummerSlam.
Johnny Gargano was seen last in action during the May 15, 2023 episode of RAW where he was part of Battle Royale to determine Gunther’s opponent for the Intercontinental Championship at the Night of Champions PPV event.
