TNA World Championship & Tag Team Championship: Nic Nemeth arrived to TNA at Hard to Kill 2024 PPV and confronted newly crowned TNA World Champion Moose. On March 14 Impact episode, Nemeth, Mike Bailey & Trent Seven defeated Steve Maclin & The Rascalz in a tag team match. After the match, The System(Moose, Eddie Edwards & Brian Myers) attacked the winning trio. Later, TNA announced that Nemeth would challenge for TNA World title against Moose. Additionally, Speedball Mountain(Bailey & Seven) would challenge TNA Tag Team Champions Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards.

TNA X-Division Championship: Jake Something won a 6-way Rebellion Referendum match by beating Chris Bey, Jason Hotch, Kevin Knight, Leon Slater and Alan Angels to become the #1 contender for X-Division title to challenge Mustafa Ali.

Kazarian vs Young: Frankie Kazarian turned on Eric Young after they lost a tag team match on IMPACT January 18, 2024 episode. Kazarian then announced his intentions to win TNA World Championship. He was booked to face Young at No Surrender with the winner getting a shot at the World title. Young beat Kazarian at No Surrender and went on to challenge the champion Moose at Sacrifice. Kazarian then interfered and cost Young the match against Moose. On March 21 IMPACT episode, Young cut a promo challenging Kazarian for Full Metal Mayhem match at Rebellion.

TNA Knockouts Championship: An 8-4-1 match was announced for #1 contender to face TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace. Steph De Lander made her return to TNA for the first time in 2024 in this match by replacing Ash By Elegance. Matt Cardona also returned to TNA to hit Rosemary with his finisher to help De Lander to get the win in this match and set up a clash against Grace.

Alexander vs Hammerstone: Josh Alexander defeated Alex Hammerstone at Hard to Kill PPV. Hammerstone later signed with TNA in February and was announced to face Alexander in a rematch at Sacrifice. Hammerstone beat Alexander at Sacrifice. On TNA IMPACT March 28 episode, Alexander exercised his open contract offer to call out Hammerstone for a match. However, the challenge was answered by Tracy Williams whom Alexander defeated. After the match, Hammerstone attacked Alexander.

Swann vs Hendry: Rich Swann turned on his former tag team partner Joe Hendry during Hendry’s match against AJ Francis by hitting Hendry with a steel chair on TNA IMPACT March 14 episode. Later, Swann explained his action the following week and said his eyes were opened by Hendry’s behaviour and decided to join Francis.
