The Rock Appears on RAW, Splits Open Cody Rhodes’ Head

The Rock’s attack on Cody Rhodes led to his head getting split open.

Cody Rhodes opened WWE RAW on March 25, 2024 episode to respond to Roman Reigns’ comments on the Pat McAfee show about him being like a politician and not being able to complete his promises to the fans. As he was closing his promo, Cody was interrupted by The Rock’s music.

The Rock came out and whispered something to him. When asked about what he said to Cody, The Rock said he would let Cody reveal it to the world. When Cody was asked about it, he refused to repeat the comments from The Rock.

In the main event of the show, Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins stopped an attack from Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa against Jey Uso. Cody brawled with Solo to backstage, where The Rock eventually attacked him from behind. The Rock took him to the parking lot while still beating him up.

The Rock sent Cody into Cody’s vanity bus, which ultimately led to his head getting split open. The Rock then wiped the blood onto a weight belt with “Mama Rhodes” written on it. The Rock then reminded us how he promised to hand over a weight-belt with Cody’s blood to Cody’s mother at WrestleMania.

The Rock and Roman Reigns are set to face Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins in a tag team match on night 1 of WrestleMania 40. The stipulation for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship match between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes on night 2.
