During the August 5 episode of AEW Collision, Joe defeated Serpentico in a singles match. He forced a tap out from Serpentico in just 10 seconds. After the match, Joe picked up the microphone and confidently declared that he was superior to CM Punk.

Joe lost the match by roll-up pin, which he mentioned was not good for the legacy of their rivalry. He also stated that he wants to prove he is better than Punk on the biggest stage of them all at Wembley Stadium.
Joe holds a record of four wins, one loss, and two draws against CM Punk. Their rivalry reached its peak during a trilogy for the ROH World Championship, wherein two of the matches ended in time-limit draws, and Joe emerged victorious in the third bout.
AEW All In 2023 PPV event is scheduled for August 27, 2023, at Wembley Stadium in London, England. FTR have also challenged The Young Bucks for a match at the same event.
