Seth Rollins & Nakamura Qualify For Money in the Bank Ladder Match
Seth Rollins and King Nakamura has qualified for this year’s Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match.
King Nakamura faced Baron Corbin in the first qualifier last night at SmackDown. After a back and forth match, Nakamura hit Kinshasa to get the win. This was Nakamura’s fourht win over Corbin in six matches over the last two months.
Similarly, Seth Rollins and Cesaro clashed in another rematch for the fourth time this year. Cesaro’s head split open during the final minutes of the match after Rollins threw him into an exposed turnbuckle. Rollins then hit a DDT on the steel ramp and then a stomp to get the win.
With these qualifications, the men’s Money in the Bank Ladder match line-up is now complete. Apart from Nakamura and Rollins, Kevin Owens and Big E have already qualified for the match. From RAW, Drew McIntyre, Ricochet, John Morrison and Riddle have qualified.
Next week, all four participants from both RAW and SmackDown will face-off in fatal 4-way matches on either brand.
Money in the Bank PPV will air on 18 July 2021 from Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.
