NJPW Lonestar Shootout: Sabre Jr. vs Bailey, Kingston vs Kojima & More Set
NJPW has added four more matches for NJPW Lonestar Shootout 2023 event with matches featuring NJPW World TV Champions Zack Sabre Jr. and Eddie Kingston.
Zack Sabre Jr. is set to defend his NJPW World TV Championship against Mike Bailey at NJPW Lonestar Shootout 2023 event.
Sabre’s most recent title defense occurred at the NJPW Super Junior Tag League 2023 event, where he defeated Oleg Boltin. Mike Bailey’s recent match was at the BodyZoi 9 event, where Aigle Blanc defeated him.

Eddie Kingston is also set for the event where he will defend his NJPW STRONG Openweight Championship against Satoshi Kojima. Eddie Kingston’s most recent title defense was at NJPW STRONG Fighting Spirit Unleashed 2023 event, where he defeated HENARE.
Satoshi Kojima earned his title opportunity at the same event by winning a fatal four-way match against Alex Coughlin, Fred Rosser, and Jeff Cobb.
NEVER Openweight Championship match is also set for the event, with Trent Beretta challenging Shingo Takagi. Takagi secured the title at the NJPW STRONG Fighting Spirit Unleashed 2023 event by defeating Tama Tonga, and this upcoming match will mark his first title defense.
Mistico is also scheduled to compete in the event, where he will face TJP. TJP’s most recent match was at the NJPW Super Junior Tag League 2023 event, where he and Francesco Akira emerged victorious against Ryusuke Taguchi and The DKC.
Stephaine Vaquer was on the winning side at Fighting Spirit Unleashed in a tag team match. After the match, she challenged IWGP Women’s Champion Mayu Iwatani for a title match. The match was later confirmed by NJPW. Iwatani was already announced for a title match at the event.
NJPW Lonestar Shootout event is set for November 11, 2023, and it will be broadcast live from the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas.
