Hiroshi Tanahashi and Hirooki Goto clashed in the main event from Block D. Both men were on 4 points after 4 matches and a win was required to keep their tournament hopes alive. Zack Sabre Jr. was on second place with 6 points as he faced Shane Haste.
Tetsuya Naito also needed to keep winning from here onwards, and he faced Alex Coughlin on night 10. Block D topper Jeff Cobb faced Toru Yano to complete the group’s matches.
Block C topper David Finlay opened the show against Aaron Henare. Tama Tonga took on Shingo Takagi in an important clash in the block. Mikey Nicholls faced Eddie Kingston and Tomohiro Ishii took on Evil in other matches from Block C.
