NJPW All Star USA Tournament was set for the show. Kevin Knight and Clark Connors faced off in one of the semifinals of the tournament. Francesco Akira vs Mike Bailey was the other semifinal match. The winner of these matches later fought in the final match.
A tag team ladder match was also set for the show where Douki teamed up with Low Rider, Blake Christian teamed up with Master Wato, and Rocky Romero teamed up with Hiromu Takahashi. TJP, Alex Shelley, Robbie Eagles and several others were lined up in lucky dip tag team match.
