Location Changed For IMPACT Against All Odds 2021 Main Event

Kenny Omega vs Moose IMPACT World Championship Against All Odds 2021

Two big announcements were made on this week’s IMPACT Wrestling episode regarding the Impact World Championship main event match of Against All Odds 2021 PPV between Kenny Omega and Moose.

On tonight’s IMPACT Wrestling episode, IMPACT Executive Vice President Scott D’Amore welcomed AEW President Tony Khan and Don Callis to discuss how Kenny Omega would represent both AEW & IMPACT World titles going forward.

Don Callis brought up that while Moose is a perfect competitor for Omega, Sami Callihan is not. D’Amore added that Callihan was being targeted by Kenny Omega and Good Brothers from last month. Good Brothers took Callihan out of 6-pack challenge #1 contender match at Under Seige. Then again, Callihan was attacked by Omega & Good Brothers as he faced Moose in a singles match last week.

To solve this issue, D’Amore and Khan went on to make two big announcements. Khan announced that the Omega vs Moose match should take place on his turf at Daily’s Place. D’Amore then added that whoever emerges as the IMPACT World Champion at Against All Odds, will face Sami Callihan at Slammiversary 2021 PPV on 17 July.

Daily’s Place has been AEW’s home base during the COVID-19 pandemic time and has hosted all of AEW Dynamite, AEW Dark, AEW Dark: Elevation and all AEW PPVs since March 2020.

Later, D’Amore also informed The Good Brothers that they will face Sami Callihan and a partner of his choosing in a tag team street fight at Against All Odds.

Against All Odds takes place this Saturday, 12 June 2021 from Skyway Studios, Nashville, TN. The main event take place at Daily’s Place in Jacksonville, FL, which will also mean that the Good Brothers would not be in Kenny Omega’s corner for the match.
