Last Chance Gauntlet Match Announced to Replace Apollo Crews
WWE will hold a Last Chance Gauntlet Match on next Monday’s RAW, 4 May 2020, to determine the participant for the last spot for the Men’s Money In the Bank Ladder Match to replace Apollo Crews.
After RAW this week, WWE announced that Apollo Crews got injured during his WWE United States Championship match. Andrade was working on Crews’ left knee throughout the match, leading to the referee calling the match in Andrade’s favor. Due to the injury, Apollo Crews had to be pulled from the MITB Ladder Match.
Now, a fresh announcement has come from WWE on Wednesday’s The Bump that the Last Chance Gauntlet match will be held on next Monday’s RAW. The list of participants will be confirmed on RAW for the match.
The men’s MITB match currently features Rey Mysterio, Aleister Black, Daniel Bryan, and King Baron Corbin. Otis vs Dolph Ziggler match will determine the last spot from SmackDown’s side. Carmella vs Mandy Rose will determine the last spot for women’s match while Dana Brooke and Lacey Evans have already qualified from SmackDown. Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler and Asuka have already qualified from RAW’s side.
WWE Money in the Bank 2020 PPV is scheduled for 10 May 2020.
