IMPACT Bound For Glory 2021 Results- Christian vs Alexander- Live Updates
IMPACT Wrestling’s Bound for Glory PPV, their one of the biggest event of the year, will be airing later tonight on October 23, 2021. Airing from Sam Town’s Live in Las Vegas, the event has a special start time of 10 PM EST due to AEW Dynamite airing from 8-10 PM.
The card is pretty stacked with all the IMPACT titles on the line. AEW star Christian Cage will defend his IMPACT World title against Josh Alexander. Alexander earlier vacated the X-Division title earlier, and a three-way tournament final for the vacant title will also take place at the event. Deonna Purrazzo will take on the women’s wrestling legend Mickie James. A new title will be crowned in the form of IMPACT Digital Media Championship.
The IInspiration(formerly The IIconics) will make their IMPACT debut and will try to win the IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Championship. We will also see an intense battle in a Call Your Shot Gauntlet match where the winner will earn a World title shot. Good Brothers will defend their tag titles against FinJuice and the Bullet Club.

Awesome Kong gets inducted into the IMPACT Hall of Fame in the pre-show. She is presented by Gail Kim.
Jordan Gryce has won the new IMPACT Digital Media Championship on the pre-show.
The main show opens with a video package highlighting the main event match between Josh Alexander and Christian Cage.
The IInspiration are getting a grand welcome as their new theme song is performed during their entrance. They get into the ring and formally introduce themselves. Havoc and Rosemary make their way to the ring.
The Decay (Rosemary & Havok)(c) vs The IInspiration (Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay) – Impact Knockouts Tag Team Championship Match
Rosemary starts strong and takes down both members of the IInspiration. The heels take control with double team. Havok tags in and runs over Cassie with shoulder blocks and more. Rosemary comes back in to keep up the attack on Cassie. Rosemary is taken down by Cassie. Jessica tags in and hits a suplex. She decks Havok from the apron.
IInspiration double team to slam Rosemary’s face into Cassie’s knee. Rosemary hits a backdrop and tags in Havok. Havok with a backbreaker and spear from Rosemary on Cassie. Jessica has to break the pin. Havok misses a leg drop. Havok drops Jessica with a powerbomb and then drops Cassie with a headbutt.
Cassie kicks at Rosemary and clotheslines her out of the ring. Big kicks to Havok from Cassie and she tags in Jessica to help her to send Havok into the ringpost and to the floor. Rosemary takes on Jessica on the ring. Cassie takes the blind tag and knee Rosemary. They hits the double team finisher to win the titles.

Trey Miguel vs Steve Maclin vs El Phantasmo -Tournament final three-way match for the vacant Impact X Division Championship
El Phantasmo is dropped to the floor to start. Maclin and Miguel go back and forth until Phantasmo comes back in to hit Maclin with an armdrag. Miguel with a kick to the face and a dropkick on Phantasmo. Maclin catches him as he goes for the frankestiener. Phantasmo trips him on the other side.
Phantasmo and Maclin double team on Miguel. Maclin drops Phantasmo before Miguel fights back against both of them. He hits an unique neckbreaker on Maclin while keeping Phantasmo in a leg lock. Miguel stretches Phantasmo in a bow and arrow. Maclin comes back to send him back to the floor. Phantasmo and Maclin go back and forth in the ring.
Maclin drops both opponents in one go with a DDT and reverse Urinage. He puts both opponents in the Tree of Woe and hits them with shoulder blocks. Miguel is put on the ropes and take through to the ramp with a spear. Maclin hits a suicide dive on Phantasmo and then a flying hip attack on Miguel on the other side. He was looking for crossbody off the top when Phantasmo hits him with an enziguirie. Miguel hits a springboard cutter on Phantasmo.
Miguel and Maclin in the ring and Miguel hits Code Red for a near fall. Maclin hits FU but Phantasmo breaks the pin. Maclin throws Phantasmo away to the floor. He sets up Miguel on the top but Phantasmo comes backs drops him. He sends Miguel down with a hurricanrana into Maclin. He follows with a splash but could only get two. Phantasmo kicks out of a sunset flip.
The rapid action continues between the three men. Phantasmo hits a low blow on Miguel but Miguel had the foresight to wear a guard to save himself. Miguel hits a superkick and a brainbuster. He hits Meteora from the top to get the pin.

Violent By Design(Joe Dearing & Deaner) vs Heath & Rhyno
Voilent By Design come out first. Heath comes out alone. He waits for Rhyno to come out, but he is not there. Violent by design attack Heath as he waits for Rhyno. Heath comes out firing after the bell rings. He takes Deaner to the cleaners with big kicks and punches.
Deaner counters and tags out to Dearing. Dearing tosses Heath around for a while. He takes Heath down with a running crossbody. Deaner tags in but misses a flying headbutt. Heath looks to tag out but there is no one to tag out. Heath with punches on Deaner and clotheslines Deaner to the floor.
Rhyno finally makes his way out and stands in Heath’s corner. Heath gets up and tags him in. Rhyno with double ax handles to Deaner. He hits belly-to-belly suplex on Joe Dearing. Rhyno calls for the spear and hits it on Deaner for the pin and the win.

Call Your Shot Gauntlet Match
Chris Sabin is the first one to come out. Rocky Romero is here in IMPACT. Both men have same ideas to start the match. They come to stalemate after both go for dropkicks. Sabin asks for the show of strength and decks Romero. Romero flicks on his eyes. More back and forth action as we get ready for the next entrant.
It’s Madman Fulton. Fulton beat up both men but they team up against him. Fulton avoids getting eliminated as Rohit Raju enters. Raju runs over both men. Fulton is waiting for him to finish his sequence. Raju talks Fulton into attacking Sabin and Romero together. Tasha Steelz enter and Raju asks her to team up with him and Fulton. They end up eliminating Rocky Romero.
Rachel Earling enters next. She drops Steelz with a tackle and hits her with a Samoan Drop. Fulton geos to eliminate her but Earling slips out. Raju gets help from others to eliminate Fulton. Savannah Evans comes into the match. and attacks Earling. Earling fights off both of them and goes to eliminate Evans. Steelz eliminate both Earling and Evans.
Johnny Swingers is next to enter the match. Steelz takes him down and unloads on him. Melina is next to enter the match. Melina takes on Steelz and sends him into the corner. Swingers take a shot at Melina but she ducks it. Swingers then kicks at him before moving on. The Demon is next to enter the match. Swingers wants his autograph. Demon signs it and throws Swingers out of the ring.
Brain Myers enters next and drops Sabin. He faces off with the Demon before they take shots at each other. Myers’ former teammate Matt Cardona is next enter. They go to battle once again. Myers drops Cardona into the turnbuckle. He works on Cardona in the corner. Loredo Kid enters next. He drops Raju with a standing spanish fly and more quick moves. Steelz gets eliminated by Melina, who gets eliminated by Myers.
Seam Beale enters next. He works with Myers to try to eliminate Cardona, but Cardona hangs onto the ropes. Rich Swann enters next. He hits spinning kicks to Beale. He goes to eliminate Myers, but Beale saves him. In a twist, Beale eliminates Myers after this. Ace Austin enters next. Demon throws Austin into the corner. Auston comes back with a big spinning kick. He baits Demon to the ropes and throws him over.
Moose is next to enter and eliminates Sam Beale. He drops Loredo Kid next. Eddie Edwards enters and goes after Moose, and even manages to eliminate him. Moose pulls him out and hits him with a powerbomb on the apron. Swann and Cardona go at it. Alisha enters with kendo sticks. Moose takes away the kendo stick and throws them away.
Edwards picks up the stick and start unloading on Moose. Alisha and Edwards unload on Moose with kendo stick in the ring. W. Morrisey takes away the kendo stick and drops Edwards. He eliminates Alisha. Edwards unloads on Morrisey with kendo stick before Moose attacks him from behind. Edwards is thrown to the apron and Morrisey kicks him to eliminate him.
Moose and Edwards work together now. Austin gets eliminated by Sabin. Fulton comes back and drops Sabin. Morrisey and Moose throw him over the ropes to eliminate him. Moose eliminates W. Morrisey as he was about to throw out Rich Swann. Swann is also eliminated. Moose hits uppercuts in the corner. Cardona drops him with a big lariat. He misses Radio of Silence. Moose hits a big spear for the win.

The Good Brothers (Doc Gallows & Karl Anderson) (c) vs FinJuice (David Finlay & Juice Robinson) vs The Bullet Club (Chris Bey & Hikuleo) Impact World Tag Team Championship
Chris Bey and David Finlay start the match with counters. Finlay hits a shoulder tackle before they trade arm drags. Bey feints a knee and hits a hammer blows to the back. Finlay hits a dropkick. Robinson tags in for a sideroll pin attempt. Finlay comes back to hit a side body drop. Robinson hits a senton on Bey. Bey hits a jawbreaker on Robinson. Bey tags to Hikuleo and Robinson tags out to Doc Gallows.
Gallows and Hikuleo throws shots at each other. Gallows comes with a tackle but Hikuleo does not budge. Same thing happens when Hikuleo goes for a tackle. Hikuleo takes a big shot to take Gallows to his knees. Bey comes in but Finlay takes the blind tag. Gallows decks him and tags in Anderson. Hikuleo tags in on Anderson after Finlay hits an uppercut to him. Hikuleo drops Finlay and decks Robinson from the corner.
Rotation of tags between Hikuleo and Bey to keep Final under control. Finlay avoids a big boot and Robinson tags in. He hits a running tackle to Bey and a corner splash. Anderson comes in to eat left hands from Robinson. Robinson drops Bey on his knees for a near fall. Bey avoids a suplex and hits a DDT. Everyone starts to get involved in the match. Everyone is down in the ring now.
Robinson hits a cannonball on Bey. Finlay comes in and hits suplex and splash combo on Bey. Anderson takes the blind tag and throws Robinson out to pin Chris Bey.
Winner – The Good Brothers(retains IMPACT Tag Titles)
Deonna Purrazzo(c) vs Mickie James – IMPACT Knockouts Championship Match
Mickie attacks even before the referee could hand over the title to the timekeeper. Mickie takes the action to the floor and whips Purrazzo into the steel steps. Purrazzo counters with punches at the ramp. James beats Deonna up beside the ramp. Deonna slams her back against the railings.
The referee tells Purrazzo to take the action back to the ring. Purrazzo hits a big thrust kick at the ringside. They are back in the ring and the referee calls for the bell to start the match. Purrazzo slams Mickie’s face to the mat.
Purrazzo with some ground and pound before hitting a snap suplex. A big punch to the throat and more stomps in the corner follow. Mickie tries tof ire back but Purrazzo match her punch to punch. James counters with a back elbow. She goes for the headscissors but Purrazzo counters it into a powerbomb. James hits a big punch as she starts to rally. They both go for crossbody at the same time and end up colliding in the middle of the ring.
They trade blows while on their knees. James hits a bulldog and a running kick for a two-count. Mickie hits the hurricanrana and body drop. She goes to the top and hits a senton for a near fall. Purrazzo hits a pump kick for a near fall for her own. Mickie counters the Queen’s Gambit with a back body drop. Back and forth before Mickie hits a DDT for another near fall.
Purrazzo with hammer blows to the back. James avoids the Queen’s Gambit once again. James hits a knee as Purrazzo charges to the corner. Purrazzo puts on the armbar. James quickly reaches the ropes as Purrazzo transitions to another submission. Purrazzo hits Queen’s Gambit from the middle rope but Mickie kicks out.
Deonna Purrazzo brings out a steel chair in frustration. The referee take it away. Purrazzo sets Mickie on the top. Mickie fights back but ends up taking out the referee with Meteora. Purrazzo takes the chair but James hits her with a superkick against the chair. James covers but the referee was slow to recover and Purrazzo kicks out.
Mickie goes to the top once again but Purrazzo takes her down. Purrazzo was looking for the DDT, but James counters and hits the step-up Tornado DDT for the pin and the win.
Winner – Mickie James(new IMPACT Knockouts Champion)
Christian Cage(c) vs Josh Alexander – IMPACT World Championship Match
Both men fail to get many attacks going in the first few minutes. Cage knees Josh and goes to the top. Josh pushes him to the floor. Josh with big knife edge chops. He hits a backbreaker as they return to the ring. A bridging German suplex gets him a two-count.
Cage avoids a piledriver and drops Josh to the floor with a back body drop. Josh catches his ankle as Christian goes for a basement slide. Christian kicks Josh away into the rails. Cage stomps on him as Josh beats the ten counts. Cage in control of the match firmly now.
Christian whips Josh hard into the corner. He follows with big slaps to the chest. Josh tries to return the favor but Cage once again turns it around. Uppercuts and shoulder tackles from Christian follows. Josh catches him with a German Suplex which sends Christian into the turnbuckle. They trade strikes in the middle of the ring now. Josh hits him with a back body drop coming from the ropes. Josh misses in the corner but knocks Christian down with a running kick.
Josh goes for the powerbomb, but Christian shits his weight and takes him to the corner to unload. Josh picks him up and hits the powerbomb for a near fall. More back and forth action before Josh drives Christian to the mat and quickly follows with a knee drop to the back of the head.
Christian goes for the spear but Josh avoids it and hits the Hailmary German Suplex for another near fall. Josh puts on the crossface but Christian bites him. Josh puts on an ankle lock. Christian tries to kick him off but Josh transitions it into a sharpshooter. Christian reaches the ropes.
Josh hits a back drop from the top rope but misses the follow-up moonsault. Christian hits a spear but could not get the pin. Josh avoids the killswitch. Christian drops him from the top and hits a splash for another near fall.
Josh counters Kill Switch into the backdrop driver. Josh puts onthe ankle lock. Christian tries to roll him over but Josh hangs on to the lock. Christian has to give up.
Winner – Josh Alexander(new IMPACT World Champion)
After the match, Josh Alexander is handed the title. Christian embraces him before going away. Josh celebrates in the corner before he brings his family into the ring. He embraces his wife and daughter and celebrates with them.
Suddenly, Moose shows up and calls his shot for the World title. Josh is confused and angry.
Josh Alexander(c) vs Moose – IMPACT World Championship Match
The referee calls for the bell. Josh tells his wife and daughter to leave the ring. Moose catches him with a spear in this commotion and gets the win.
Winner – Moose(new IMPACT World Champion)
Moose celebrates with the title as he stands on top of Alexander. The show goes off the air.
