GCW Ride or Die saw the company return to Chicago at Thalia Hall on June 23, 2023. The event featured a GCW World Championship match.
Blake Christian was supposed to defend the GCW title for the first time last week at Thank Me Later event in Los Angeles, but he had to pull out due to some reasons. He defended the title against Gringo Loco at Ride or Die event. Blake won the title at Cage of Survival event earlier this month.
In other matches, Bussy’s Effy and Allie Katch were in action against Joey Janela and Sawyer Wreck in a mixed tag team match. Los Macizos were in trios match with Rina Yamashita. Alec Price and Cole Radrick faced Bang Bros in another tag team match.
