The Bloodline Stood Tall at WWE WrestleMania Backlash 2022
The Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso & Jey Uso) has defeated Randy Orton, Matt Riddle & Drew McIntyre in the main event of WWE WrestleMania Backlash 2022.
Randy Orton started things off against Jimmy Uso. Orton tagged Riddle who tagged McIntyre after some time. After beating Jimmy, McIntyre told Roman Reigns to enter the ring. The Tribal Chief did enter the ring but then he tagged Jey Uso.
The six-man tag-team match featured some chaotic action. During the match, Randy Orton caught Roman Reigns’ superman punch and countered it with an RKO.
Roman Reigns put McIntyre through the table when the latter was trying to do the same. In the ending moments, Jey Uso and Matt Riddle had some back and forth before Jey climbed to the top rope.
Matt Riddle jumped to the top rope and hit an RKO. However, Roman made the blind tag, and he entered the ring and speared Riddle to get the pinfall.
Initially, the bout was supposed to be a tag-team unification bout between the Raw and SmackDown tag-team champions. But then, WWE added the undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns & Drew McIntyre to it and made it a six-man tag-team match.
The Bloodline once again proved its dominance by standing tall in the main event of WWE WrestleMania Backlash 2022.
