AEW Worlds End 2023 PPV ends the year for the promotion. Some big revelations were expected related to the Devil and his crew as MJF headlined the show against Samoa Joe to defend AEW World Championship.

Christian Cage and Adam Copeland clashed once again in a No Disqualification match with TNT Championship on the line. Toni Storm defended AEW Women’s title against Riho, while Julia Hart defended TBS Women’s title against Abadon. Jon Moxley and Eddie Kingston were in the final of Continental Classic 2023.

The other fighters from Continental Classic were part of a tag team match. Swerve Strickland vs Dustin Rhodes and Miro vs Andrade El Idolo matches were some of the singles contest on the card. Tune in below for the results.

Willow Nightingale defeated Kris Statlander via pinfall after hitting a powerbomb on the pre-show.

Killswitch won 21 Man Battle Royal for TNT Championship title shot. The action started on the floor. Many in the match tried to bury Lance Archer and Killswitch under the table. They came into the match halfway and dominated the action after that. Danhausen & Trent Baretta worked together to eliminate Archer. Baretta then threw out Danhausen. Killswitch and Baretta fought as the final two and went to the apron

  4. Lee Johnson was eliminated by Angelo Parker.

  8. Kip Sabian was eliminated by Bryan Keith.

Hook(c) retained FTW Championship against Wheeler Yuta via submission after putting on RedRum on pre-show.

Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli & Bryan Danielson), Mark Briscoe & Daniel Garcia defeated Brody King, Jay White, Jay Lethal & Rush in an All Star tag team match. Garcia got the pin on Lethal after ducking Lethal Injection and countering with a pinfall attempt. This was the first match on the main card.

Miro defeated Andrade El Idolo via submission. Andrade broke Game Over submission once. Miro also had to reverse a figure four leg lock. Andrade reversed it into a figure four once again and was looking for figure eight, but CJ Perry(Andrade’s manager but Miro’s wife) pulled Andrade’s arm to break the move. Miro then hit Machka kick and put on Game Over once again to get a stoppage.

Toni Storm(c) retained AEW Women’s Championship against Riho via pinfall after second Storm Zero.

Swerve Strickland defeated Dustin Rhodes. Swerve attacked Dustin before the match, sent him into the barricade and steel steps before hitting a stomp on his leg. Dustin worked the match with an injured leg as Swerve kept working on it. Dustin a comeback by hitting a Canadian Destroyer, a snap powerslam, a piledriver and Crossrhodes, but Swerve kicked out of the pin. Swerve hit several House Call kick before hitting a Swerve stomp on the hand to get the pinfall.

Chris Jericho, Sammy Guevara, Sting & Darby Allin defeated Ricky Starks, Big Bill, Powerhouse Hobbs & Kyle Fletcher in a tag team match. Sammy got the pin over Starks after hitting a shooting star press.

Julia Hart(c) retained AEW TBS Women’s Championship against Abadon in a House Rules Match where Abadon chose that biting aas legal. Skye Blue attacked Abadon during the match when Julia had distracted the referee. Abadon beat up Blue on the floor which allowed Julia to run her over from behind. Julia finished the match with a moonsault press to get the pinfall.

Adam Copeland defeated Christian Cage(c) in a No Disqualification match to become the new AEW TNT Champion. Copeland hit a spear on Christian but Shayna Wayne pulled the referee out to stop the pinfall. Christian hit a low blow on Copeland, but he kicked out of the pin. Nick Wayne and Christian lit up a table on fire but Copeland countered to put Nick through it. He then hit Christian with killswitch to get the win.

After the match, KillSwitch attacked Copeland to beat him down. He was about to cash in his TNT title shot, but Christian Cage talked him into surrendering the title shot to him. Killswitch handed the contract to Christian who signed it right away to start a match. Christian pinned Copeland after a spear to win the title again.

Eddie Kingston defeated Jon Moxley in the final of Continental Classic 2023 Tournament via pinfall after hitting spinning back fist. Eddie has become the first AEW Triple Crown Champion. Moxley and Eddie hugged after the match.

Samoa Joe defeated MJF(c) via referee stoppage to win AEW World Championship. Joe dominated the physicality during the match. MJF tried to hit kangaroo dropkick multiple times, but Joe blocked it everytime. MJF put on the armbar, but Joe countered it into an armbar of his own on the injured arm of MJF. MJF broke it by reaching the ropes. The referee was knocked out and MJF got the opportunity to hit a low blow before hitting an F5. Joe was able to kick out by the time referee woke up to count the pin. Joe then put MJF in a choke to put him to sleep. The referee called the match.

After the match, The Devil’s Masked Men surrounded the ring before attacking MJF and Cole. They were about to hit Cole with a chair when MJF asked them to hit him instead. The lights went out and came back on, and Cole demeaner has change. The masked men reveal themselves to be Roderick Strong, Wardlow, Matt Taven and Mike Bennett. Adam Cole is the Devil. MJF is shocked. They beat him up as Cole sits on a chair. Cole closes the show standing on top of MJF.
