First Match of AEW Tag Team Tournament Announced
Young Bucks have announced that they will face Private Party in the first match of the first round of AEW Tag Team Tournament on the second episode of AEW weekly TV show on 9 October 2019 from Agganis Arena in Boston.
The Young Bucks appeared for their final independent match at House of Glory’s High Intensity 8 against Private Party. After the match, the Young Bucks went on to announce the rematch at second episode AEW TV show on TNT.
AEW weekly TV show will debut on TNT on 2 October this year from Capital One Arena. AEW recently announced that their second and third-week shows will take place at Agganis Arena in Boston and Lucerious Arena in Philadelphia. The ticket sales will start next Friday, 16 August via aewtix.com.
The tag team tournament will be used to crown the first AEW tag team champions. AEW has not announced it officially, but coming from the Young Bucks, it can be considered official itself. Also, the tournament was earlier mentioned by AEW President Tony Khan at Steve Austin Show.
Also, Dark Order and Best Friends are going to face off at All Out 2019 to win the first-round bye in the tag team tournament. Best Friends defeated SCU and Private Party at Fyter Fest to qualify for the said match. Similarly, Dark Order defeated Angelico & Jack Evans and Luchasaurus & Jungle Boy at Fight for the Fallen to reach to All Out.
